Exercise:
* Mike and I walked for 30 minutes, for 1.60 miles.
Calories:
* I felt hungry all day long. I'm not sure why. But I even ate 2 lunches! :( Therefore, my calories were 1990!!
I wish I could've done more than just walking today, but now I will just have to push it extra hard in my HIIT class tomorrow! Plus, I'm trying to convince everyone to go on a hike on Moscow Mountain with me tomorrow, so hopefully that will make up for today! :)
