Day 16

Exercise:
* Light/Moderate weight lifting for 15-20 minutes, burning 50 calories
* Walked with Mike for 45 minutes, burning 185 calories

Total Daily Calories Burned: 235

Calories:
* I did good. I ending the day with 1799 calories!



Today was the HARDEST day by far!!! I wanted sugar and chocolate ALL DAY LONG!! It was so hard to be diligent, but I managed.... somehow, to stay on course! Hallelujah! :)
