WEEK 1 COMPLETE!!! YAY (3 more weeks to go!)
I weighed in today!!!
I was excited to weigh in because I felt like I had a good week. My goal was to lose 2 pounds, and I LOST 4 POUNDS!!! WOO HOO!!! Mike and I BOTH actually lost 4 pounds! We both did GREAT! I now weight 151 !!! :) I'm glad that I had such a good week, because it gave me a boost to keep going strong today, and for the rest of the week I think! :)
Exercise:
* Walked on the treadmill for 1 mile - 82 calories
* Ran on the treadmill for 2 miles - 218 calories
* 15-20 minutes of heavy weight lifting (lower body)
* Stationary Row Machine for a whopping 5 minutes - 24 calories
* Walked with Mike for 25 minutes - 102 calories
Total Calorie Burn: 518 Calories!
Calories:
* I ate 1720 Calories for the day. Pretty good and under my allotment, but not too low. I'm a happy girl! :)
