Day 7

Exercise:
* Walked with Mike for 40 minutes, burning 163 calories.
* 15-20 minutes of heavy weight lifting (Lower Body), burning 93 calories.

Total Calorie Burn: 256 Calories

Calories:
* I was actually UNDER my calories today! A very rare occasion! I consumed 1660 calories for the day.

I feel really good. I feel like walking with Mike is boosting my energy level in the evenings, and I like walking after dinner, to help digest my food faster! :)
