Day 10

Exercise:
* I taught a 30 minute HIIT class burning around 220 calories
* I biked to Sydney's school and back, totaling 15 minutes; burning 167 miles
* Then we went on a family walk for 45 minutes, burning 111 calories

Total Calories burned: 495 Calories

Calories:
* I was over my mark by 100 calories. I consumed a total of 1909 calories for the day. But on a side not everyone wanted to go to Baskin Robbins, and after discovering that each scoop is around 300 calories! I was a good girl and got the Pina Colada ice for only 120 calories. (pat on my back) :)

I feel good, but as the week is coming to an end I feel like I need to step it up on my cardio. :-/
