Day 3

Exercise: 
* 40 min HIIT class (High Intensity Interval Training) which I taught; Super Hard Workout! Today we did AMRAPS (As Many Rounds As Possible) :)
* 30 min walk with Mike. We walked 1.74 miles. (got stopped for abt 5 min again talking to a friend) :)

Food:
* Calories were a little over again, 1950 Calories. I was proud of myself for turning down the popcorn that everyone else was eating tonight though, which smelled delicious, but I still was over for the day! :(

I felt a little tired and heavy today, but not too bad. (I think that has Brooky to blame though. She is sick with a fever today and kept me up a lot last night.) My lower/middle back is sore today from the Deadlifts I did yesterday; but sore in a good way! :) My calves feel better though. :)
