Day 4

Exercise:
* Did yard work for at least 1 1/2 hours, which involved raking (sticks and brush not leaves) and making 2 big brush piles. Cutting down and moving very thorny bushes, and digging up some roots. Burned about 315 calories.

* Went on a long walk with Mike and his dad David for 65 minutes, through a field and over some hills, burning 266 calories.

Total Calorie Burn: 578

Calories:
* I was proud of myself yesterday because while I was over my calories, Saturday & Sunday's are usually where I get into the most trouble . I did by a Sister's Cookie at farmers market (SO GOOD and SO WORTH IT)! :) I consumed 2027 calories for the whole day. :)

I feel good. I feel like I have the energy I need, plus the sunshine is increasing and the weather is finally getting into the 70's so it helps boost my spirits! :)
