Exercise:
* This morning I went on a hike with the youth from my stake. We hiked up on Moscow Mountain, for 1 hour, covering 3.77 miles. I burned about 370 calories. (Mike came with me, so we didn't do our evening walk) :)

* I hope my calories are accurate for the day. I ate at La Casa Lopez tonight and ordered a shredded chicken taco salad. But I tried to be a good girl, and I did not have any sour cream, guacamole, or dressing (I used salsa). Plus I only ate a few bites of the shell. (Like 3, that's it) :) I did eat a few chips and black bean dip, but I only had 7 chips! :) Anyways, I wasn't sure how to calculate that, so I kind-of guessed at 600 calories. Honestly, I think 600 might even be high, but better to be too high than too low, right? I even ate an ice cream cone and a cookie today! Jeesh... but I accounted for everything! :)
So my totally calorie count was 1825 calories.
I am feeling good. I am just hoping that I am somewhat close to my projected calories for the day! :)
