DAY 22 -- WEIGH-IN DAY

Happy Weigh-In Day Everyone! (Or just myself, since I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who looks at this blog, but that's okay.... it's kind-of like my own personal fitness journal, it helps get me through the day knowing that I have to record my daily progress) :) 

It was a good weigh-in day for me! I weighed 147.8, so that is about 1.5 pounds down from last week! I have lost a total of 8.2 pounds in three weeks! I am very happy with that number! :) 

Exercise:
* Today was even worse than yesterday, weather wise! It rained, snowed, and showed the sun in short spurts! And it was incredibly COLD! Sydney ended up playing in her soccer game tonight, and it was such a cold game!!! (Later, when the sun finally decided to poke out, Livia was at mutual, so we didn't have our regular babysitter! :) Hence, Mike and I did not get to go on our walk again!! BIG BUMMER!! I was able to do about 15-20 minutes of strength training exercises today though. But no cardio! :(

Calories:
* Today was the worse day as far as my eating went! I celebrated a friends birthday at Gambino's Italian Restaurant  I ordered their lunch special, which was soup, salad, and a huge garlic twist. (all for 6$, GREAT deal) I only ate half my salad, and had them put the dressing on the side, only eating half of it. They brought me a cup of split pea and ham soup. It was pretty good, but not good enough to finish it, so I only ate about half of that as well. Then there is their infamous HUGE garlic twists that are to die for! (with maranara sauce). I shared that with Brooklyn, plus I left a little on my plate so I figure, I ate about 2/3 of that. Of course water to drink! :) I also had one of the cupcakes (the ones I was bragging about not eating yesterday), PLUS 2 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups!!! I KNOW!!!! I did AWFUL!!! I'm not sure what my deal was! I did eat pretty good for lunch and dinner though. :\ But after all said and done, I TRIED to figure out my calories (not knowing for sure the calories from my lunch at the restaurant), I'm guessing I ended the day with 2099 calories!

I feel tired today. I felt hungry today. I'm glad I lost weight last week though. I need to continue to stay strong for this last week, so I can attain my goal of 10 pounds by May 31....
